All Rectory products are hand made in small batches, therefore slight variations in colour or scent may occur.

Delivery

We endeavour to process and pack all orders within 48 hours for in stock items. However we hand make all our Rectory products and want them to be as perfect as possible, we’ll let you know as soon as possible if there is likely to be a delay, particularly at busy seasonal times.

All items are delivered using Royal Mail 48hour tracked service, delivery is £3.65 and free for all orders over £40.

Returns or Damaged Items
We hope you love your Rectory order. If something isn’t right, please contact us at hello@rectorycandles.com and we’ll do our best to help. If an item arrives damaged, please send us your order number and a photograph so we can resolve it quickly.

Change of Mind?
If you’ve changed your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned in their original packaging. Please contact us at hello@rectorycandles.com within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange this.

Please note that as a small business we unfortunately can’t cover return postage costs except where an item is faulty or damaged.
